Something shook my foot while i was trying to go back to sleep?

I woke uo but didn't want to get up yet, so I rolled over and was trying to go back to sleep. When someone grabbed my foot and shook it. Which woke me up and got me out of bed. I wasn't scared but it seemed strange & I was alone in the room. Also I lost both my parents about a year ago. & my brother in 02. Also right after my brothers death I was at the cemetary alone & someone tried to open the back door of my car and I looked around and there was no people around or a breeze everything was still and quiet. please tell me what you think.
