How to remove autorun.inf in USB? It keeps coming back?

Does your drive have U3? you could try removing that. I'd suggest a simple format of your usb, right click on it in my computer and select format, don't do a quick format, but format it to NTFS, then back to Fat32. Changing the formatting will wipe it out if it is on the drive.
