Can a mew and a ditto have an egg to make a mew?

no. you cant egg legendaries unless u use action replay. yes, u can breed with a pokemon with no gender, it just cant be a legendary. like..a bronzong and a ditto can make eggs even though it has no gender. as long as it isnt a legendary it can be egged.
