I need a car FAST but i dont have enough money for a down payment? what can ido?

I dont have a cosigner for a loan, so it is going to be difficult anyway since i'm 20 and dont have 2 years of established credit just yet. and i desperatley need a vehicle otherwize i will not be able to get to school or work! only problem is that I honestly only have about $200 saved up for a car. what can i do? i need it in a few months, and living on my own I can't save up for much.
