Is my boyfriend going to jail?

I'm in a relationship with a guy who is 20 and I'm 17. He went away for awhile so we fooled around on webcam and my dad found out, he didn't see anything. He read through my texts (suggestive texts to my boyfriend) and contacts on my phone in order to report my boyfriend to the RCMP. Is there anything I can do? Will he be charged? What is going to happen him? By the way, nothing was captured or recorded over the webcam.
