Microsoft Word Organizational Chart?

Is there a way to resize the diagrams within the organizational chart? I have clicked away, and get the highlighted areas, but it won't let me resize. And the fonts keep changing sizes on me, I cannot read what's in it. Some of the tesxt is not there, becasue the diagram is not big enough! grrrr
