My computer is going down a seemingly endless track of misfortune...?

I'm not saying I got your answers, I'm pretty good with fixing my problems. I do know if you keep restarting your comp. by unplugging or holding on in till you shut down, which is called cold start . you loose any repair you might of made. Open your windows and hit computer and see if you have a restore, that may be your only option. If you set up restore point some where like Microsoft ,your anti-virus, or however where you can pick a date prior to your problems, that would be easiest fix.
