How to get a beautiful blond German girl to like you....?

Ok, so I met this girl. Tall, blond, beautiful, y, German. She came from Germany, so I don't know their outlook on relationships over there compared to here. Over there she was with some guy for 2 1/2 years long distance relationship. She said that she rarely, if ever, talked to other guys because of the way her boyfriend was, or she thought he may have gotten jealous. So she comes over to the states to Florida where I live and I meet her and we become amazing friends right away. Well, I like her. So one night I got really messed up, Superbowl, and apparently called her and told her I liked her. Not loved. Liked. And then she told me she liked me too. So the next day I am real happy about what she said and I go see her. She tells me that she wants to stay friends....but the way she acts around me, I can tell that she likes me. We spent 4 days in a row just talking for 4-5 hours each night with each other. Just having a good time. Then tonight when we watched a movie at her place, she kind of scooted away from me when I sat next to her. I didn't even sit real close to her, just next to her. Was she nervous or what? What types of things would I be able to do to find out if she actually likes me or not?
