Baseball official scorers, I need help on determining a Hit. See additional Detaild. Thank you?

Is it considered a hit if I swing, tip tip the ball to 3rd base with very little force, and the runner advances to home, but the pitcher instead of throwing to first he threw to home but the runner was safe. Is that a hit, or fielders choice?
