Hot flashes on Clomid or Provera???

I took Clomid this month (100mg) and since then I have had the worst case of sweating and "hot flashes" imaginable. Several times a day and at night, I get totally drenched with sweat. I also take Provera to start my periods. Is this a common side effect of either of these drugs? My doctor only mentioned possible ovarian cysts with the Clomid. I finished the Clomid 2 weeks ago, and while actually taking the pills, I did not have hot flashes, only after I finished them. Anybody else have this happen?
