Have i fooked him off?

its not really singles n dating but heys a guy, n im a girl, so i stuffed the Q here. he was trying to explain to me about overseas taxes blah blah and i only had hrs sleep the night before so i was like wtf? he went off in a huff and hasnt talked to me since. we used to talk everyday, now im so confused, when i come online it appears he goes off. wtf is up? what should i do?
