Not to be ignorant, but...eating disorder question...please answer if you know this...?

It is not safe to lose more than 8 pounds a month and that is pushing the envelope. Every mid 20's adult should be eating at least 1,200 calories a day just to get up and go to work and do daily activities. You should see a medical doctor to make sure you body is not drastically shocked from your recent lose; otherwise this next month will not be pleasant. Please seek medical advise from a doctor and a nutritionist.
